Itinerary

1 - Sunday ( November 10 ) : Welcome to Israel!

Activities:

  • Arrival at Ben Gurion airport - Your VIP agent will be waiting to greet you at the sleeve of the plane. After assisting with arrival procedures and collecting your baggage, you will be taken to meet your driver.

  • Travel south

  • Check in to hotel - Relax and freshen up for dinner

  • Desert Night Experience - Blowout outdoor dinner in the desert, live music, and star gazing experience.

2 - Monday ( November 11 ) : Exploring the Negev Mountains

  • Breakfast at your hotel

  • Hike in the Ein Avdat National Park - In a beautiful canyon in the Negev desert. The Ein Avdat Spring flows down in a waterfall towards an 8-meter deep pool of water. The canyon is part of Nahal Zin, which is the longest wadi or dry riverbed in the Negev desert.

  • Home hospitality lunch at Sde Boker

  • Wine Tasting at Shezaf Vineyard - Meet Tzur Shezaf, A very special type of “New Israeli”, breaking the norms and designing a path for himself on one of the beautiful “Lone Farms” where contrary to the traditional Israeli vision of communal farming ventures such as Kibbutz or Moshav, fiercely independent young Israelis have carved out niches in desert agriculture in fascinating ways.

3 - Tuesday ( November 12 ) : The Southern Mosaic

  • Travel north to the Bedouin town of Rahat - Here, enjoy authentic Bedouin hospitality and dinner. Meet Jumalat, a mother of 8 who hosts at her home. While tasting her homemade delicacies, Jumalat will also share her incredible personal story with you. (Dinner is included.)

  • Explore Beer Sheva on a Cultural tour - Explore Ringlebloom Street, a vivid and colorful street, and learn about the unique connection between Ben-Gurion University to the city of Beer Sheva.
    Experience the local scene through a tour full of culinary tastings, visiting arts and cultural initiatives, and meeting local entrepreneurs.

4 - Wednesday ( November 13 ) : Onto Eilat!

  • Morning activities with Ben-Gurion University - (TBA)

  • Lunch with The Culinary Queens of Yerucham - The Culinary Queens host in their homes while telling guests about their culture and background and educating through recipes. Many of Yerucham's settlers come from Morocco and Yemen and tasting their traditional dishes combined with their stories is quite a treat!

  • Wine Tasting at Neot Smadar - Kibbutz Neot Smadar was established in 1989 by a group of friends interested in creating a learning community that focuses on cooperation and creativity in daily life. As individuals in a dynamic community, they explore what it means to live together as co-learners and relationships. Their interest in relationships extends to the environment through organic farming, desert architecture, water recycling, The Art Center, winery, and more.

  • Continue south to Eilat

  • "Desert Karavan" - Surprise Dinner in the desert

  • Eilat

5 - Thursday ( November 14 ) : Farewell!

  • Breakfast at your hotel

  • Optional: Early morning hike at Har Zefahot - Climb Mount Zefahot and enjoy the beautiful view to Saudi Arabia, Sinai and Jordan!

  • Morning activities with Ben-Gurion University - (TBA)

  • Lunch in Eilat (TBD)

  • Transfer to Ramon Airport - Domestic flight to Ben-Gurion International Airport

  • Farewell! - We hope to host you again in our beautiful country!

6 - Friday ( November 15 )

  • Flight back to the U.S.

Terms of Payment

Deposit is due immediately to secure the booking.

Balance for the trip is due no later than 60 days prior to the first day of trip. An invoice will be sent 90 days before the trip.

Please note: 

  • The itinerary is subject to change as a result of unforeseen changes from suppliers, weather, etc.
  • This proposal is valid for 1 week for private clients and 10 days for groups. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled within 48 hours AFTER REGISTRATION, with a full refund.

For cancellations made:

·         Up to 60 days prior to departure, any payments above the deposit towards the trip will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.

·         60-30 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour cost per person will be refunded.

·         29-0 days prior to departure, the client will incur 100% of the cost of the tour.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
