General Terms and Conditions

Super Early Bird: June 28-July 10, 2023

Deluxe Hotels (Pastoral Hotel Kfar Blum, Crown Plaza Hotel Tel Aviv, and The Orient Hotel in Jerusalem).
Hotels allow for up to triple occupancy per hotel room.

• $6,250 per adult
• $5,100 child age 12+ (triple price for joining a double room)
• $4,300 child up to age 11 (triple price for joining a double room)
• Single Supplement: $1,700

Standard Hotels ( Pastoral Hotel Kfar Blum, The Tal by the Beach Hotel Tel Aviv, and Bat Sheva Hotel Jerusalem).
Standard hotels do not allow for triple occupancy.

• $5,250 per adult.
• Single Supplement: $1,150

Registration fees will change based on various deadlines and time frames. The schedule for rate changes is as follows:

Standard Early Bird: July 11 to October 31, 2023

Deluxe Hotels:

• $6,595 per adult.
• $5,100 child age 12+ (triple price for joining a double room)
• $4,300 child up to age 11 (triple price for joining a double room)
• Single Supplement: $1,700

Standard Hotels:

• $5,595 per adult.
• Single Supplement: $1,150

Regular Registration: November 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024

Deluxe Hotels:

• $6,895 per adult.
• $5,100 child age 12+ (triple price for joining a double room)
• $4,300 child up to age 11 (triple price for joining a double room)
• Single Supplement: $1,700

Standard Hotels:

• $5,895 per adult.
• Single Supplement: $1,150

Late Registration: After February 1, 2024

Deluxe Hotels:

• $7,295 per adult.
• $5,600 child age 12+ (triple price for joining a double room)
• $4,900 child up to age 11 (triple price for joining a double room)
• Single Supplement: $1,900

Standard Hotels:

• $6,295 per adult.
• Single Supplement: $1,250to the forfeiture of 75% of the per person cost.

Refunds requested from June 1 to June 22 are subject to the forfeiture of 90% of the per person cost.
