1 - Tuesday ( June 18 ) : Thank you for being here



  • Shalom - Welcome to Israel - Arrival at Ben Gurion Airport.

  • Welcome reception and light lunch

  • Brothers and Sisters in Arms Center - Meet with leaders of Israel's social protest movement who mobilized and used its network to transform itself into a central operational address for responding to the needs of soldiers and evacuees after October 7.

  • Israel update with Yaakov Katz - Hear a geo-political update from Yaacov Katz, an Israeli-American author and journalist. Former editor-in-chief of The Jerusalem Post where he continues to write a popular weekly column. Yaakov served for close to a decade as the paper's military reporter and defense analyst and was a lecturer at Harvard University where he taught an advanced course in journalism.

  • Visit The Square of the Kidnapped and Missing - See the powerful art created by various artists, including the Shabbat Table set for 200 missing Israelis, to show support and shine a spotlight on the importance of rescuing the lives of those abducted to Gaza. (Hopefully, by the time of this mission, all of the hostages will have been released and back home with their families.)

  • Welcome dinner joined by a Nova Festival survivor.

2 - Wednesday ( June 19 ) : The courageous people of the south



  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Depart south for a day in the Gaza Envelope "Otef Israel".

  • Stop at the Nova Festival memorial site - At Re'im Forest stop and bear witness to the tragedy of the Nova Festival.

  • Visit a Kibbutz that was attacked on October 7 - While wandering the quiet paths and green lawns hear accounts from victims.

  • Lunch with soldiers serving in the Gaza Envelope.

  • Meet Tali Levanon from the Trauma Coalition Center - Learn about the organization's important mission and the process of building resilience.

  • Visit Sderot police station and town - Sderot was attacked on October 7 and the people of the town have been suffering from Hamas attacks for over 20 years. At a lookout point - look over the border with Gaza, get a geo-political brief for a better understanding.

  • Dinner and home hospitality - Meet Osi Lankri, one of Ofakim's "Culinary Queens" - Enjoy a home-cooked meal in Osi's home and hear about her life in Ofakim where she was born and raised, and where some of the October 7th's worst events took place.

  • Travel back to Tel Aviv.

3 - Thursday ( June 20 ) : A Partnership of Solidarity



  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Full Day with Partnership2Gether region of Karmiel-Misgav - See the organizations that our federation is financially supporting.

  • Meet with Idit Ohel - Mother of Alon, who was kidnapped from the Nova Music Festival, for a personal intimate conversation.

  • Special Lunch

  • Meet with the Mayor of Karmiel and Mayor of Misgav - Hear about important projects, challenges, and dreams for the future.

  • Drive back to Tel Aviv

  • Meet with the Association of Rape Crisis Centers in Israel - Hear about the emergency project Lilach.

  • Free evening and dinner on your own

4 - Friday ( June 21 )



  • Breakfast at the hotel & check-out.

  • Agricultural volunteering with Hashomer Hachadash - HaShomer Hachadash is a youth volunteer program dedicated to safeguarding the land in the Negev, the north, and across the country. Join them in one of the farms and help by picking vegetables and other crops to help ensure Israeli food and nutrition security as well as supporting the local farmers that are dealing with a shortage of workers during this war.

  • Lunch break.

  • Travel to Jerusalem and She'echeyanu - "Ten measures of beauty descended on the world; Jerusalem received nine..." (The Talmud). Overlook with a wide view of Jerusalem's Old and New Cities and the surrounding Judean Desert as far as the eye can see. See Jerusalem's complex geography, strategic setting, and beauty, and bless being here together as a community with Shehecheyanu blessing.

  • Check-in to the hotel and get ready for Shabbat.

  • Kabbalat Shabbat at the Kotel - As Shabbat enters visit the Kotel for prayer and reflection.

  • Festive Shabbat Dinner as community at the hotel.

  • Orient Hotel, Jerusalem

5 - Saturday ( June 22 ) : Shabbat in Jerusalem



  • Breakfast at the hotel

  • Optional: join a local community for Shabbat services.

  • Shabbat group lunch.

  • Afternoon walking tour of Abu Tor and Mishkenot Sha'ananim - Magical and mysterious Jerusalem has always attracted writers, poets, and intellectuals, who in their words made it Jerusalem on Gold. Walking tour of Yemin Moshe, Mishkenot Sha'ananim and Abu Tor neighborhoods through the eyes and poetry of Yehuda Amichai and others.

  • Havdala.

  • Free evening and dinner on your own

6 - Sunday ( June 23 ) : Looking Forward to Peaceful Days



  • Breakfast at the hotel.

  • Meet with a representative of the IDF Spokesperson Unit - Hear about their mission in the advocacy field and the challenges at this time.

  • Visit United Hatzalah of Israel Center in Israel - A community based volunteer EMS organization, providing medical care throughout Israel. In the case of medical emergencies, one of the most important factors in responding is time. Their volunteers respond first hand to serve all people in need across the country.

  • Lunch break on your own.

  • Pay tribute to the fallen soldiers at Mount Herzl - As Israel’s national cemetery, Mount Herzl is the final resting place of leaders of Zionism and Israel, including Yitzhak Rabin and Herzl himself, and of thousands of soldiers killed defending the State of Israel. At Mount Herzl you will find a moving monument to the 28,000-odd soldiers and civilians killed in combat or by terrorism since the founding of the state.

  • Visit Sheba Medical Center - Meet the staff and learn about their essential work in treating wounded soldiers and the rehabilitation process.

  • Farewell group dinner and closing session

  • Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport and Fly back Home

Terms of Payment

Deposit is due immediately to secure the booking.

Balance for the trip is due no later than 60 days prior to the first day of trip. An invoice will be sent 90 days before the trip.

  • The itinerary is subject to change as a result of unforeseen changes from suppliers, weather, etc.
  • This proposal is valid for 1 week for private clients, and 10 days for groups. 


Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled within 48 hours AFTER REGISTRATION, with a full refund.

For cancellations made:

·         Up to 60 days prior to departure, any payments above the deposit towards the trip will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable.

·         60-30 days prior to departure, 50% of the total tour cost per person will be refunded.

·         29-0 days prior to departure, the client will incur 100% of the cost of the tour.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
